CHAIR YOGA, MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

5-week Mindful Movement Series to Create Ease and Wellbeing

This seated, gentle movement series is for EVERY BODY that would like to cultivate more presence in their lives and experience some of the benefits, including: manage and reduce tension, stress, anxiety and pain from the body and mind to experience more ease and wellbeing.  No prior experience is necessary.  All you have to do is show up, just as you are.  It is not to get a "work out," but instead a "work in" by developing awareness of the body, mind, heart and breath connection.  Each week we will move gently, with awareness, and cultivate self-compassion, support the spine to move with more ease, nourish the joints, improve balance, and restore the natural breath.

Friday mornings from 10am to 11:15am
